Highly recommended. I have travelled twice to PNG, the Solomon Islands and West Papua with them. It was a totally mind-blowing experience, visiting some incredible places and observing and photographing some of the world's most iconic birds, but not only. The trips were perfectly organised and without the exorbitant prices you would usually find. Finally, and most importantly, I made friends with some incredible people during these trips. At 75, and with my husband in a wheelchair, I was unsure if a trip to India would be possible. But Endemic Explorer delivered the most extraordinary experience through South India. From accessible heritage hotels to private temple visits and curated food stops, every detail was handled with warmth and precision. Our heritage guide, Prakash, was a gem—knowledgeable, patient, and kind, he made the stories come alive. We never felt like tourists; we felt truly welcomed. I even had the pleasure of meeting Sabu briefly in Chennai while he was leading a Norwegian fishing group. His dedication reflects in every part of the journey. This was not just a trip—it was a beautifully crafted memory I will cherish forever.

We have travelled to Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, and India(where it all started), and many more to come. I remember the day very vividly when I met Sabu of ENDEMIC EXPLORER, at Sorong West Papua, October 2016. My English was so poor that the communication was not easy, but Sabu listened to me very attentively(my first foreign language is Fench), made much efforts to understand me, and encouraged me. So I came to trust him at once. Since then I have enjoyed the birding adventures 3 times more: Ghana(October 2017), Papua New Guinea ( July 2018, July 2023) Always birding expenses were reasonable, and I could photograph almost all the targets. I have been well acquainted with Sabu from Endemic Explorer since 2016, when I first met him during an expedition to Bhutan, where we also traveled together. Since then, we have journeyed to Papua New Guinea and Vietnam. Each of their trips is consistently well-organized, enjoyable, and centered on specific objectives.

I first travelled with Sabu in 2016, deep into the remote mountains of Luzon, to track and photograph the elusive Whiskered Pitta. Since then, after having a great experience with him, we have worked together with his outfit with several large groups of birders and some very serious photographers.
